Thesis Statement
Although stem cell research is an ongoing controversial topic, many professionals in the science and medical fields view it as a necessary method that has many benefits. There are so many uses for stem cells and even without the use of embryonic stem cells, the good outweighs the bad.

Your thesis and sources look good. I don't think you need to conclude specifically that "the good outweighs the bad," since that's an extremely subjective statement. It might make more sense in this case so specify, for example, the different kinds of positive opportunities the research provides in contrast to the kinds of concerns people are raising.
